Terms of Service

WOW Offers introduces you to offers from Indian brands. We are the introducer, not the seller. The brand provides whatever you claim, and your agreement about that thing is with them.

Using WOW Offers means you accept what follows.

• You must be 18 or over.
• You must have an Indian mobile number. WOW Offers India serves Indian brands and venues, so an account without one cannot use anything we list.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and not transferable.
• The details you give us must be accurate — a brand uses them to reach you.

Claiming an offer reserves your place and issues you a WOW code. It is an introduction to the brand, not a purchase, a booking confirmation, or a contract with us.

• The brand sets the terms of the offer, its availability, and how it is honoured.
• Offers are limited and close when the allocation is taken or the end date passes, whichever is first.
• A claim does not guarantee availability on a date, at a venue, or for a particular item.
• Your details are shared with that brand so they can contact you. See the Privacy Policy.

If a brand does not honour a claim, tell us at Support. We will take it up with them, because our relationship with our members depends on it — but the underlying obligation is theirs, not ours.

Browsing WOW Offers and claiming offers is free. We are paid by the brands we work with.

Anything you go on to buy from a brand is between you and that brand, at their prices and on their terms, and is not paid through this app.

• Do not create multiple accounts to take more than your share of a limited offer.
• Do not automate, scrape, or otherwise take the catalogue in bulk.
• Do not resell, trade or publish WOW codes.
• Do not attempt to reach data that is not yours, or to interfere with the service.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and cancel claims made through them.

You can delete your account whenever you like, in Settings → Delete my account. It takes effect immediately.

We may suspend or withdraw the service, or any offer, at any time. Where we can give notice, we will.

We provide the service as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, or that every offer listed will still be available by the time you reach it.

Because WOW Offers is a free introduction service, we are not liable for the goods or services a brand provides, for a brand’s conduct, or for indirect losses arising from either. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
