FAQ
The questions we actually get asked.
Plain answers, in the order they usually come up. If yours is not here, ask us — a straight question gets a straight answer.
The basics
What is WOW Offers, in one sentence?
An app where someone in your city can browse limited offers from good brands and claim one with a single tap — and you get their name, mobile, email and city the moment they do.
How is this different from a discount site?
A discount site sells the discount. We sell the cap — a set number of places, counting down in public. An invitation with a limit, not a race to the bottom.
Is this for a business like mine?
Three sectors, eleven categories. WOW Social for banquets, hotels, party clubs and event companies. WOW Corporate for jewellery houses, traditional wear, fashion brands and luxury brands. WOW Real Estate for luxury real estates, residential houses and building apartments. Each sector also keeps an Other, so a good business that fits none of the labels still has a place.
Who actually sees my offer?
People browsing your sector. Someone looking at banquet halls is never shown apartments.
Do I need to be a WOW Campaigns client?
No. Any brand can list, and listing costs nothing either way. What a WOW Campaigns client gets on top: from the Transform level upward you pay no commission at all on Free and Limited tier offers.
Running an offer
How do I decide the cap?
With us. Too high, no urgency. Too low, you leave the season on the table. We size it to your sector and what you can genuinely honour.
What do you need from me to go live?
The offer, the number of places, the closing date, your logo and one picture worth stopping for. Nothing goes live until you have seen it.
Can I run more than one offer?
Yes. A main offer with sub-offers beneath it. The headline brings someone in; the rest they find once they are talking to you.
Can I put offers in more than one tier at once?
Yes — that is the design. A main offer where the most eyes are, richer ones higher up for the members who pay to be there, refreshed as your season changes. One brand, several shelves.
Do I have to cut my price deeply?
No. The urgency comes from the limit and the closing date, not the size of the cut. Offer what you can give happily and honour well.
What if the offer does not fill?
It closes on its date with the claims it earned, and those people are yours. A slow fill is information, not failure — and we go through it with you before the next one.
What happens when someone claims?
They get a pass — a WOW code in their account until they use it or the offer closes. You get their name, mobile, email and city in your sheet as it happens, not in a weekly export.
How do I honour a pass?
They arrive, or call, with the code. We make the introduction. The relationship is yours.
Leads, data and trust
Are the leads mine?
Yes. A claim on your offer goes to you and nobody else. Other brands never see your claims.
Are these real people?
Every account carries a full name, an email, an Indian mobile and a city — the mobile checked on our own server, not just in the form. And a claim is a person who chose your offer and took a code they must bring you to use.
What do you do with member data?
We pass the details needed to honour a claim to the brand whose offer was claimed, and nothing further. We do not sell data and we do not follow people around other apps. It is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
What proof do I have before I run one?
What you can check. The cap is a number you set. The counter is public and moves only when a real person claims. Every claim reaches you with a name, a mobile and a city, as it happens. And the numbers that settle it will be your own — one campaign is all it takes.
Money and commitment
What does it cost to list an offer?
Nothing to list, no fee per pass. We take a commission only on a sale you actually close, at a rate agreed with you — we are paid after you are. A fixed monthly fee exists for the tiers you post into, but it does not start until ₹2,00,000 of closed business has come through WOW Offers.
Why does a higher tier cost more commission?
Because of who is standing there. Someone paying ₹7,999 a month to see offers has told you how seriously they shop — the more qualified the person, the shorter the walk from seeing to buying. The rate rises with the shelf, is agreed with you rather than published, and lands only on sales you close. Try your own numbers in the calculator on the pricing page.
What are the membership tiers?
Five, monthly: Free ₹0 · Limited ₹999 · VIP ₹1,999 · Exclusive ₹3,999 · Super ₹7,999. Higher levels see more, and see it sooner. Those are launch rates, while they last — the list prices are ₹1,499, ₹2,999, ₹5,999 and ₹11,999, which is what a member joining later pays. Full picture on the membership page.
How does the partner programme work?
A partner is anyone who brings a brand in — no agency or contract needed. Two streams: 10% of our commission on what that brand closes (not 10% of the sale), or 15% if you also look after their offer calendar. And 10% of a referred member’s first payment, once. It never costs the brand anything — the share comes out of ours. Worked examples on the partner page.
What are the WOW Campaigns levels?
Four, monthly: Foundation ₹20,000, Growth ₹40,000, Transform ₹60,000 and Enterprise ₹80,000 — three campaigns a quarter, with 10–20% off for a longer commitment. 45% of every rupee you pay goes straight back out as live ad spend.
Am I locked in?
No. No contract to sign, no fee to stop paying. Run an offer, look at who walked in, decide from there. If it does not earn its place, you stop — and you will not have paid us for the trying.
Coming in early
What does it mean to be a founding brand?
One of the first names in your category, with a direct line to the people building the platform. What founding brands ask for is what gets built next.
Why come in now rather than in six months?
Because first is the one advantage nobody can buy back later. An early offer stands on its own in its category, and the first name sets the tone.
Which brands are already in?
We are choosing the founding group now, across all three sectors — and we never put a brand’s name on this site without asking that brand first. What matters for you: your category is still open.
What do you want from a founding brand?
One real offer, a number you can honour, and a word with us when something is clumsy. You get the first run at your category. We get a platform shaped by the people who use it.
Ask us the one that is not here.
A short conversation will tell you more than another page. We are choosing the founding group now, and your category is still open.
